My most popular and loved offering that gives us so much flexibility to explore and work with whatever you are experiencing on multiple levels. Merging my love and deep connection to Energy healing combined with ceremony, counselling and psychotherapy into one. This offering gives us the opportunity to talk through what ever you are experiencing then moving onto the table so we can energetically clear it out of the body. This supports you in in giving clarity and the feeling of being more aligned to who you truly are. Bringing a combination of modalities into our session is deeply nourishing and enables you to connect deeper to yourself which assists in getting to the heart of whatever you are moving through. Coming from a place of love, connectedness and healing together in a private and sacred session provides a loving, supportive, explorative and safe space with a deep level of connection not only to yourself but to your own ancestors, angels and guides. Each session will be tailored uniquely to you for you.
The duration of our time together will be 90 minutes.

Space Clearing
Energetic Space Clearing for your Sacred Homes and Businesses.
Upgrading the frequency and vibration of your sacred home or workspace. Shifting out stagnant energies as I upgrade your space energetically with the intention of clearing out low vibrational energies of what no longer serves you so the space can be of the highest light to support you on your path.
Our homes and workspace hold so much energy, emotions, and memories as we spend so much of our time physically in these spaces. It is where we love, grieve, celebrate, feel anger and everything else in between. These spaces hold all our emotions, tensions, and thoughts. Clearing your space energetically as well as removing any negativity sent from others so that the space feels clear and protected. This can also mean moving on any energy from the spirit world that doesn’t serve you in being there.
Every space clearing will be different depending on what is needed to be cleared. No two will ever be the same. Before our time together I will ask you to write a list of what your intentions are for the space moving foward. My time in your space will look like firstly connecting with you personally and chatting about what your intentions are for the clearing. Then we will walk through the space together so I can get a sense and feel of what is going on. I will then move through the space on my own with my guides clearing and then upgrading the energy so it will vibrate at a higher frequency. I will be using different clearing smokes, singing bowls, frequency sprays and crystal gridding. Depending on the size of the space please allow approximately three hours.

Counselling & Psychotherapy
In our time together for a one-on-one counselling and psychotherapy session we will move through whatever you are experiencing to best support you. These sessions will run for one hour weaving through your different layers of experience with love, compassion, growth and understanding.We can explore many different areas in your life including recurring dreams, body symptoms, relationship, conflict and of course I will be there just to have someone to talk to. It’s really important to me to be a safe space for people to come, be, connect and know they are so deeply cared for. Using process oriented psychology as a way of delving beneath the surface I will be there as a guide to support you in finding your own inner knowing. Psychotherapy, Also known as process work is an embodied practice that can use different techniques to support you moving through your journey.
The duration of our time together will be 60 minutes.

Circles

We have circles and ceremonies to mark transitional occasions such as births, deaths, unions, and transformations. Circles are such a deep love of mine as I feel they are a part of welcoming the changes and all the emotions that come with them as we journey through life. The circles I facilitate will be catered intuitively to the occasion and group.
Depending on the occasion and amount of people attending I like to allow 90 minutes.
The exchange will be per person and depends on numbers and location. If you are interested in having a private circle of group please feel free to get in contact.
Cancellation Policy
In divine honouring of both of our time, I request that if you need to cancel your appointment I receive 24 hours notice to allow opportunity for the space to open up for another.
